The inspiration of the Rolf Method of Structural Integration led me to pursue a greater knowledge of this work at Crestone College of Structural Integration in Crestone, CO and Denver, CO.  I had the the immense fortune to study Dr. Ida P. Rolf’s 10 series work with David Davis and Buddy Frank.  I finished my Basic Training in Spring of 2015.  Since then, I have completed numerous hours of continuing education classes and personal study to further my transmission, understanding, and inspiration of this transformational work.
